Blackedge Consulting is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our design-focused team in Italy. The role focuses on translating customer needs into concrete technical concepts, and supporting product development throughout the lifecycle.

You will design components and assemblies, manage BOMs, and collaborate with suppliers while ensuring manufacturability from prototype to production. A technical degree in Mechanical Engineering and strong CAD skills are required.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Participate in all product development phases from studies to concepts.
• Design components and assemblies; support prototyping and refinement.
• Manage Bills of Materials and coordinate with suppliers.
• Assist transition from prototype to production ensuring manufacturability.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Operations and Moulding.
