Etex Group seeks an R&D Intumescent & Process Specialist to join the R&D Department of Promat Italy, based in Filago Plant (BG).

The role spans product development, project management, technical support and safety/compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a relevant engineering field, have 3–5 years of experience, English at B2 level, and strong knowledge of building materials, AI and ERP systems such as SAP. You will work in an international, cross-functional environment.

Competenze

• Master of science in materials/engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in a similar R&D role with focus on building materials.
• Proficiency in English (B2) and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead product development and innovation, plan projects and manage portfolios.
• Design, test and scale formulations for production, monitor fire test programs.
• Oversee safety, environmental compliance and QC reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal teams and partners.
