Etex is a leading international group driving sustainable construction. The R&D team in Promat Italy, based at Filago Plant (BG), seeks a dedicated R&D Intumescent & Process Specialist to join its dynamic department.

You will drive product development, oversee project portfolios, and provide technical support across internal and external stakeholders while ensuring safety and environmental compliance in an international context.

Competenze

• Master of science in materials engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years in a similar role.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and validated test data.
• Interest in AI and modelling for materials.

Mansioni

• Lead Product Development & Innovation projects from scope to production.
• Coordinate project management with sponsors, risks, and milestones.
• Provide technical assistance and analytical test reports to QC and production.
• Ensure safety, PPE usage and environmental compliance.
