FSi Promat by Etex in Filago, Italy, seeks a hands-on R&D Teammate to drive product development for the intumescent portfolio, design new solutions, and adapt existing technologies. You will own a product portfolio focused on lamination, extrusion, and injection molding, acting as a key technical reference for internal and external customers.

You will collaborate with Quality Control, production sites across Europe, and other business units, oversee lab activities and testing, and support patent

Competenze

• Master of science in material, civil or mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years in a similar R&D role.
• English at B2 level or higher; fluent communication in international settings.

Mansioni

• Lead product development for the intumescent portfolio; design new formulations and adapt existing tech.
• Own portfolio on lamination, extrusion, and injection molding; provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee lab programs, testing, and coordination with QC, production sites and other units.
