ABB cerca un Electronics & Devices Procurement Manager per guidare le attività di acquisto di materiali e fornitori in Lazio. Premierà conformità alle policy, negoziazioni con fornitori principali e sviluppo di condizioni ottimali.

La funzione richiede laurea in Ingegneria ed esperienza in procurement o ingegneria di prodotto, con conoscenze di SAP e MS Office. Orario ibrido, retribuzione annuale fissa con bonus variabile. ABB è leader nel settore energetico e dell'innovazione.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria.
• Esperienza in ingegneria di prodotto, supply chain o acquisti è un plus.
• Conoscenza di SAP è considerata un plus.
• Buona conoscenza di inglese e italiano.
• Conoscenza di MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Acquisto di materiali secondo specifiche tecniche, prezzo, tempi di consegna e condizioni.
• Supportare l'identificazione di nuovi fornitori in collaborazione con il team di categoria.
• Gestire ordini d'acquisto, conferma consegne e monitoraggio delle performance fornitori.
• Negotiation of frame agreements e rinnovi di listini e condizioni.
• Verificare capacità esterna dei fornitori e valutare offerte per valore.
• Analizzare le offerte per determinare il valore ottimale.

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.

You will also apply your skills in supporting the identification of new suppliers in collaboration with the relevant category team.

The Work Model For The Role Is

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Initiating Purchase Orders in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements.
• Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions.
• Proposing frame agreements to leadership and acting on them after receiving approval.
• Verifying external capacity of all suppliers and approaching new ones on the market.
• Analyzing and evaluating bids to determine the optimal value.

Qualifications For The Role

• You hold at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering fields;
• Previous experience in product engineering, supply chain or purchasing area would be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of main Mechanical technologies used in industrial processes would be a nice to have;
• Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus;
• You are at ease communicating in English and Italian;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (excel, access, word, ppt);
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage different tasks, good communication skills.

Compensation Package

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico

Minimum annual salary: €33.000

Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus

The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.
