Job summary

Flamma is seeking a Quotation Manager to lead end-to-end costing and quotation activities within the Global Business function. You will own cost calculations, pricing recommendations and framework design to support strategic commercial decisions.

The role collaborates with Development, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management and Regulatory Affairs to deliver accurate, competitive proposals. Based in Chignolo d’Isola (BG), Italy with a hybrid work setup; permanent contract and CCNL

Qualifications

• 5+ years in costing, pricing, quotation management or similar roles.
• Ability to model multiple technical and operational cost drivers.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills with complex data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Structured, process-oriented approach; ability to improve processes.
• Degree in a technical, scientific, engineering, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end costing and quotation process; ensure accuracy and timeliness of commercial proposals.
• Design and improve the corporate quotation framework, templates and tools.
• Develop comprehensive product cost calculations including materials, labour, capacity and logistics.
• Monitor raw materials and supply-chain cost drivers with Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Validate production costs with Operations and ensure alignment with timelines.
• Incorporate regulatory and project requirements into cost calculations and proposals.
• Develop pricing recommendations and margin scenarios for leadership approval.
• Prepare complete quotation documentation covering scope, assumptions and terms.
• Coordinate RFP activities across functions and stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve internal costing and pricing database.
• Analyze cost variances and update costing models for future use.
• Review historical data and market trends to support pricing decisions.
