Poltrona Frau | In Motion is seeking a Process Quality Engineer to analyze issues in manufacturing, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. The role collaborates with multiple departments and supports audits of quality standards.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will lead process investigations, manage customer complaints, assist auditors, contribute to PFMEAs and control plans, and drive continuous improvement across product lines.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in Quality environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Lead investigations and define corrective action plans ensuring implementation and effectiveness.
• Manage customer product complaints, including inspection and reporting activities on returned goods.
• Assist customer auditors and third-party auditors during assessments of the In Motion Management System.
• Support and carry out internal system audits and contribute to KPI development.
