Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Quality Project Manager to support automotive quality initiatives and drive business growth in Torino, Italy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards and oversee project execution from concept to delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Master in Mechanical or Management Engineering, have an interest in automotive quality, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with English fluency (German a plus).

Qualifications

• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enhance growth by supporting management for quality issues of Bosch products.
• Acquire and manage new business and projects.
• Keep accurate records to track outstanding tasks and responsibilities for quality-related activities and compliance.
• Serve as main interface for customers and Bosch Corporate on supplying and quality topics.
• Support the launch of technical fixes for internal business lines and for customers.

What will you take care of?

• You will actively enhance the company growth acting supporting management for quality issues of Bosch products;
• You will actively enhance the company growth acquiring and managing new business and projects
• You will keep accurate records, to see what's outstanding and what's been done and that everyone understands who's responsible for carrying out quality-related activities all make compliance with regulations and standards more likely.
• You will support the main interface for both customers and Bosch Corporate for supplying and quality themes.
• You will support the launch of technical fix for internal business line and for customers.

What distinguishes you?

• Education: Master Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering academic background;
• Experience and Know How: Interest in Quality Project Management and in automotive field
• Technical knowledge: Basic experience in automotive, especially in quality and mechanical fields.
• Personality: Goal-orientation and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, good will to deeply understand commercial skills, strong communication and team working skills, proactivity.
• Language skills: Fluent English, German is a plus;
