Gruppo Lactalis Italia in Casale Cremasco (CR) is looking for a Junior Analyst in the Plant Lab to join the Quality Department of the BU Cheese. The role focuses on material and product testing, instrument management, and ensuring conformity with specs.

Requirements include a degree in chemistry or biology, 2–5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and good English. The position is a fixed-term contract for 1 year at Casale Cremasco plant.

Competenze

• Degree in chemistry or biology or related technical-scientific field.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good knowledge of English; French is a plus.
• Determination, proactivity and problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Precision, accuracy and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Perform control checks on raw materials, semi-finished products, environmental samples and finished products to ensure compliance with chemical-physical and microbiological parameters.
• Manage laboratory instruments, including calibration and maintenance.
• Ensure product conformity to technical data sheets and official methods.
• Perform tasting and evaluation of products according to internal evaluation parameters.
• Coordinate retrieval of finished product samples for external analyses and evaluate results.
