Gruppo Lactalis Italia in Casale Cremasco (CR) is looking for a Junior Analyst in the Plant Lab to join the Quality Department of the BU Cheese. The role focuses on material and product testing, instrument management, and ensuring conformity with specs.

Requirements include a degree in chemistry or biology, 2–5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and good English. The position is a fixed-term contract for 1 year at Casale Cremasco plant.

Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a Casale Cremasco Plant Lab Junior Analyst to join the Quality Department of the BU Cheese, at the Casale Cremasco (CR) plant. The resource will be responsible for:

• Performing control checks on raw materials, semi-finished products, environmental samples and finished products, ensuring compliance with defined chemical-physical and microbiological parameters;
• Managing laboratory instruments (calibration and maintenance);
• Ensuring product conformity to technical data sheet specifications and official analysis methods;
• Performing tasting and evaluation of products according to specific internal evaluation parameters;
• Managing the retrieval of finished product samples to carry out analyses at external laboratories, coordinating the collection and evaluation of results.

REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in technical-scientific disciplines (Chemistry, Biology);
• Previous work experience of 2-5 years;
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel;
• Good knowledge of the English language, knowledge of French will be considered a plus;
• Determination, proactivity and attitude to problem solving;
• Excellent communication skills and strong aptitude for teamwork;
• Precision, accuracy and attention to detail.
