Job summary

Kerr Italia S.r.l. in Scafati, part of Envista, is seeking a Technician Quality Control to support medical device quality systems.

You will review SOPs, test instructions and calibration procedures, and perform final reviews of DHRs, NCRs, and CAPAs while supporting incoming and in-process inspections. The role requires 1–3 years in a regulated environment, a technical degree (Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science or Chemistry), and professional English.

Qualifications

• ISO 13485 regulatory knowledge required.
• Experience in quality assurance for medical devices.
• English proficiency for reviewing standards and supplier documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review SOPs, Test Instructions and Calibration Procedures.
• Final review & release of Medical Device History Records (DHRs).
• Identify NCRs and initiate CAPA with ownership.
• Assist with incoming and in-process inspections and returns.
• Support calibration schedules for lab instruments and gauges.
• Investigate customer complaints and support change control.
• Participate in QA meetings and assist internal audits.
