Job summary

Henkel is seeking a quality professional to coordinate incident management, drive MOC processes, and sustain the Quality Management System at our site in Italy. You will coordinate audits, support global quality initiatives, and promote a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.

The role requires a chemistry-related degree and 2–3 years of experience, with fluent English and knowledge of ISO 9001/FSSC 22000.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar quality role.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality incident management (SCMS, CCMS, OoS) with investigations and CAPA.
• Own the Management of Change (MOC) process and drive cross‑functional execution.
• Coordinate maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure CAPA follow‑ups.
• Support deployment of global and regional quality initiatives.
• Coordinate the QWA program and continuous improvement actions.
• Promote Quality Culture, Compliance and Quality Awareness across the site.
