ABB is seeking a Quality Control professional to inspect and test components and systems, ensuring only conforming items move forward in production and to customers.

You will conduct internal testing, support FAT with customers, report quality issues, and advise engineering on improvements while collaborating to enhance test protocols and safety practices on the shop floor. Proactive training of local teams is included.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent with manufacturing experience.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, Power BI; English (B1) and Italian proficiency.

Mansioni

• Inspect and test parts, products and systems to ensure conformity.
• Conduct internal testing to meet requirements and customer expectations.
• Support FAT with the final customer.
• Report quality issues data and ensure QMS adherence.
• Provide feedback to Engineering/R&D on improvements.
• Improve test protocols for efficiency and reliability.
• Follow safety systems and liaise with HSE teams.
• Train local teams in QA and testing routines.
