Experteer Italy is seeking a Specialista QA to ensure product quality across development and operations in a global manufacturing setting. You will lead QA protocols, audits, NCR resolution, and root-cause improvements while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive standardization and continuous quality initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–4 years of QA/quality experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (RCA, fishbone, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
• Fluent in English and Italian; strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; basic GD&T understanding.

In this role, you ensure product quality across development and operations, leading QA protocols and root-cause-driven improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve defects, audits, and NCRs while driving continuous quality improvements. You’ll analyze performance data to monitor trends and support standardization of processes. This position offers a chance to shape quality culture within a global manufacturing environment and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with standards
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues on NCRs
• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions to prevent recurrences
• Provide training and support to staff on current quality standards and best practices
• Participate in developing and reviewing project plans to ensure quality requirements are defined and met
• Analyze performance data and generate reports to monitor quality trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee quality within operations, promoting excellence in products, processes, and systems
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
• 3–4 years of related experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D)
• Full English and Italian language proficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with basic GD&T and Lean (preferred)
