Dr. Schär is seeking a Quality-focused professional to ensure quality control of finished products and sustain a robust Quality Management System across production. The role emphasizes monitoring processes, managing deviations, and driving improvements with data-driven actions.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of quality experience, a Food Science/Technology degree, and fluency in English plus German or Italian, with a proactive, hands-on mindset for an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Quality roles.
• Solid understanding of production processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Proven ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead operationally.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Fluent in English and in German or Italian.

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of EUR 34,000 gross per year for this position. Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
