Cooper Consumer Health Italy seeks a motivated Quality Assurance intern to join our QA team on a temporary basis, offering hands-on experience in QA activities and cross-functional interaction in an international setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22716, and strong English communication. The internship is 6 months, full-time (38.5 hours/week) with 1 smart-working day and a €900 monthly allowance, plus on-site canteen.

QUALITY ASSURANCE INTERN

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team on a temporary basis, either through an internship. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and collaborative international environment, supporting key QA activities and interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with Affiliates and Suppliers for quality investigations related to product complaints, including retrieving complaint samples
• Support the QA team in collecting training records and organizing training sessions for the Scientific Affairs and R&D departments
• Assist in the issuance and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform other QA-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a Scientific discipline preferred
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 13485, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22716 is considered an asset
• Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
• A hands‑on learning experience within a supportive and international QA team
• Exposure to regulated environments and quality systems in the healthcare/cosmetic/pharmaceutical industry
• A flexible, inclusive, and collaborative work environment

What we offer

• Duration: initially 6 months.
• Working hours: Full-time (38,5 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday)
• Smart working: 1 day per week
• Monthly allowance: €900,00
• On-site Canteen.

This internship is a structured training experience designed to support entry into the professional world.
