Thélios is seeking a Product Compliance & Laboratory Intern to join the Quality Excellence team. You will support product testing, regulatory compliance, and laboratory operations while gaining hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.

This internship offers exposure to testing documentation, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives as you work with engineers, R&D, and manufacturing to ensure compliant products and robust processes.

Competenze

  • Degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Biology, or a related scientific field.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and testing methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Mansioni

  • Support the execution of product tests to verify compliance with regulatory and CE requirements.
  • Assist in conducting product evaluations and collecting test data.
  • Help review and organize test results and related documentation.
  • Support the preparation of test reports according to internal standards.
  • Learn and apply standardized laboratory testing procedures.
  • Support the monitoring of laboratory equipment status and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in coordinating calibration and maintenance activities with external suppliers.
  • Help maintain laboratory records and documentation.
  • Ensure laboratory areas and documentation are kept organized and up to date.
  • Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to support compliance-related activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to data collection and reporting.
  • Provide operational support for compliance and testing projects.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to product compliance and laboratory test results.
  • Support the review of technical documentation and compliance records.
  • Contribute to the identification and reporting of potential compliance issues under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving laboratory processes and testing procedures.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations based on data analysis and observations.
  • Participate in quality and continuous improvement projects within the team.

The Product Compliance & Laboratory Intern will join the Quality Excellence team and support activities related to product compliance, laboratory testing, and quality assurance processes. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product testing, regulatory compliance, laboratory operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and international environment. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to testing activities, documentation management, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing both technical and professional skills.

Job Responsibilities
Product Testing and Validation
  • Support the execution of product tests to verify compliance with regulatory and CE requirements.
  • Assist in conducting product evaluations and collecting test data.
  • Help review and organize test results and related documentation.
  • Support the preparation of test reports according to internal standards.
  • Learn and apply standardized laboratory testing procedures.
Laboratory Instrument Management
  • Support the monitoring of laboratory equipment status and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in coordinating calibration and maintenance activities with external suppliers.
  • Help maintain laboratory records and documentation.
  • Ensure laboratory areas and documentation are kept organized and up to date.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to support compliance-related activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to data collection and reporting.
  • Provide operational support for compliance and testing projects.
Compliance Support and Data Analysis
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to product compliance and laboratory test results.
  • Support the review of technical documentation and compliance records.

Profile

Degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Biology, or a related scientific field. Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and testing methodologies. Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
