FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Quality Assistant (QPE) to support risk analysis (FMEA), drive quality improvement plans, and ensure proper control plans and audits in serial production.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in engineering or IT, at least a year in QA/production engineering, strong English, and knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and MES (iTAC).

• University degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, information technology, or related areas.
• At least a year of experience in quality assurance and production engineering.
• Experience in quality assurance and improvement.
• Excellent English skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and MES systems (iTAC).
• Structured, proactive, and team-oriented attitude with strong communication.

Mansioni

• Support risk analysis (FMEA) and initiate preventive measures with those responsibilities including effectiveness check.
• Identify main contributors of quality deviations and drive tasks out of the quality improvement plans (QIP).
• Transferring the content of Control Plan into plant specific tools, assuring enough information of those responsible, checking correct application and reviewing/updating the Control Plan based on customer’s feedback, internal performance and risk assessment (e. g. P-FMEA).
• Statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to identify possibilities of product- / process-optimization in case of internal and external claim management in serial production.
• Responsible for regular execution of product audits; evaluation of defined activities in case of product deviations.
• Assessing the impact of process and product changes in production. Perform statistic evaluation for serial process / product-inspections.

YOUR TASKS

• Support risk analysis (FMEA) and initiate preventive measures with those responsibilities including effectiveness check;

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or related areas;
• At least a year of experience in quality assurance and production engineering;
• Experience in the area of quality assurance and improvement;
• Excellent English skills;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and MES systems (iTAC);
• Purposeful and structured work approach, teamwork skills, an affinity for technology, and communication skills and a highly committed and proactive attitude.

Information regarding Base Salary

From 2700 to 2900 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
