Prysmian is seeking a Project Qualifications Planner to join the HQ Project Qualifications Management team in Milan. You will allocate and assess qualification tests during tender, support bidding with cost/timing/location estimates, and organize all preliminary testing phases, including materials and labor allocation.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 4+ years in EPC, with fluency in English and Italian, strong Excel/MS Project skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven EPC industry experience.
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong Excel and MS Project skills, with database management ability.
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of problem solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including abroad).

Mansioni

• Allocate and assess feasibility of qualification tests during tender phase.
• Support bidding by identifying qualification slots and estimating costs, timing and location.
• Coordinate testing activities, materials, workforce, and laboratories.
• Oversee qualification tests in external/internal laboratories.
• Maintain portfolio view to allocate slots and workforce by priorities.
• Ensure on-time execution through risk mitigation and monitoring.
• Interact with internal customers to ensure timely test execution.
