Prysmian is seeking a Project Qualifications Planner to join the HQ Project Qualifications Management team in Milan. You will allocate and assess qualification tests during tender, support bidding with cost/timing/location estimates, and organize all preliminary testing phases, including materials and labor allocation.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 4+ years in EPC, with fluency in English and Italian, strong Excel/MS Project skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

We are looking for a Project Qualifications Planner to join HQ Project Qualifications Management team in Milan.

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Qualifications Planner, you will:

• Allocate and assess the feasibility of qualification tests during the tender phase.
• Support the bidding phase by identifying qualification slots and estimating related costs, timing and location.
• Organize and coordinate all the preliminary phases related to testing activities testing activities, including ordering and availability of materials (cables and accessories), workforce allocation (jointers), and laboratories allocation.
• Oversee the planning and preparation of electrical, mechanical and non-electrical qualification tests performed in External/Internal Laboratories.
• Have a portfolio overview to properly allocate slots and workforce according to priorities.
• Ensure on-time qualification execution through effective risk mitigation and performance monitoring.
• Interact with Internal Customers to ensure correct and timely execution of all tests.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and competencies:

• A master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry or a project-based business.
• Fluency in English and Italian both written and spoken
• Deep knowledge of Excel and MS Project, ability to manage databases
• Organized mindset
• Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel (also abroad, up to 50%)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Decision making attitude, critical thinking
• Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset

What we offer

• Applicable Collective Agreement : CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini.
• Job Level/Category in line with the applicable collective agreement.
• Gross annual salary no less than: €31.000
• The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives
