Molgas Energy Group is seeking an EE QHSE Manager based in Italy to lead Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental excellence across our operations in Europe. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, safety culture and maintaining ISO certifications while driving operational excellence.

The successful candidate will develop and implement the QHSE strategy, manage KPIs, coordinate emergency plans, and support ESG initiatives across Molgas' European footprint.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, HSE regulations, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Experience with audits, risk management and management systems.
• Italian (native) and English (professional) required; Greek is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment strategy.
• Promote a strong safety culture with field operations, projects, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, standards and internal policies.
• Maintain ISO certifications and support continuous improvement plans.
• Lead investigations and define corrective actions, monitor effectiveness.
• Manage QHSE KPIs and report performance to management.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and response plans.
• Act as main coordinator during emergencies with stakeholders.
• Identify training needs and develop annual HSE training plans.
• Contribute to sustainability/ESG initiatives and audits.
