Job summary

Element Solutions Inc, via MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions, seeks a Laboratory Technician at our San Martino di Trecatè site in Italy to perform chemical and physical tests on materials. The role operates on a two-shift rotation (6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday).

You will set up equipment, calibrate reagents, record results, and ensure products meet specifications while following safety and quality practices in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school leaving qualification in a technical field or a technical degree.
• Laboratory experience or training is appreciated.
• Good command of English; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical and physical tests of solid or liquid materials.
• Analyze data and report results per SOPs and procedures.
• Set up lab equipment and calibrate reagents as required.
• Record analytical results using appropriate software.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety and quality practices.
• Report non-conformities to management.
