Amaris Consulting is seeking a QA Specialist in Italy to manage and maintain quality documentation and support training processes within the Life Sciences sector. The role emphasizes GMP compliance, document control, and collaboration with QA and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and 1.5+ years in pharma QA, with English at C1 and Italian at C2. We offer a supportive, international environment with strong training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years in QA within pharma.
• Experience with GMP and quality systems.
• Knowledge of training management and document control.
• English level C1; Italian C2.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain quality documentation (SOPs, procedures, work instructions).
• Support document lifecycle management (creation, review, approval, revision, archiving).
• Coordinate and monitor training activities; ensure timely completion.
• Maintain training records and support the training management system.
• Monitor compliance and follow up on overdue activities; support periodic reviews.
• Collaborate with QA and other departments to ensure GMP compliance.
• Support audits and inspections with relevant documentation and records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of document control and training processes.

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a QA Specialist in one of our opportunities in the Life Sciences industry in Italy?

• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, procedures, work instructions, and other controlled documents
• Support document lifecycle management, including creation, review, approval, revision, and archiving
• Coordinate and monitor training activities, ensuring timely completion by team members
• Maintain training records and support the administration of the training management system
• Monitor document and training compliance, following up on overdue activities and supporting periodic reviews
• Collaborate with QA colleagues and other departments to ensure compliance with GMP requirements and internal quality procedures
• Support internal and external audits and inspections by providing relevant documentation and training records
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to document control and training processes

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or equivalent experience
• At least 1.5 year of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in quality agreement management, deviations and compliance activities
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical quality systems
• Knowledge of English at C1 level; Italian: native or c2.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment

• Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 24,000 – EUR 36,000)
