Job summary

Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, invites a QA Specialist to join our Life Sciences opportunities in Italy. You will manage quality documentation and support GMP-compliant processes, working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology and at least 1.5 years in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical sector. Proficiency in English (C1) and Italian (native/C2) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or equivalent experience.
• At least 1.5 year of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Knowledge of English at C1 level; Italian native or C2.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, procedures, work instructions, and other controlled documents.
• Support document lifecycle management, including creation, review, approval, revision, and archiving.
• Coordinate and monitor training activities, ensuring timely completion by team members.
• Maintain training records and support the administration of the training management system.
• Monitor document and training compliance, following up on overdue activities and supporting periodic reviews.
• Collaborate with QA colleagues and other departments to ensure compliance with GMP requirements and internal quality procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and inspections by providing relevant documentation and training records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to document control and training processes
