A leading project management firm in Milan is seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Coordinator to oversee quality assurance processes for major construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to projects in MENA and Europe. Responsibilities include developing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and liaising with stakeholders.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance processes and procedures for projects in the MENA and Europe regions
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any quality issues and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with project teams to develop and implement quality plans and procedures
• Review and approve project documents, including drawings, specifications, and submittals, to ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Monitor and track project progress and report on quality metrics
• Conduct training and provide guidance to project teams on quality control and assurance processes
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any quality concerns or issues
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality control and assurance activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality control and assurance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in quality control and assurance in the construction industry
• Experience working on projects in the MENA and Europe regions is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
