Paramount Pictures in Milan is seeking a passionate Lead Software Test Engineer to own quality across web, mobile, and OTT platforms. You will guide testing strategies, develop automated test suites, and mentor a team of QE engineers.

The role emphasizes test automation, performance testing, and integration with CI/CD, in a fast-paced streaming environment. A Bachelor’s degree and strong OO programming skills are required.

Competenze

• Extensive experience designing and leading test automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software quality best practices.
• Hands-on coding and debugging of tests in OO languages.
• Experience with CI/CD and build automation tools.
• Experience with online streaming/video technologies is a plus.
