MDOTM Ltd. in Milan is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to safeguard software reliability, security and data integrity across frontend and backend components. You will design comprehensive test strategies and drive automated testing to support rapid releases.

You\'ll lead QA best practices, define quality gates, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Engineering and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, promoting a security-first mindset in a cross-functional environment.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with modern testing tools and API testing.
Experience in secure authentication testing and compliance.
Proficiency with Git and Jira bug-tracking systems.
Ability to drive QA best practices across the SDLC and implement E2E automation.
Ability to define rigorous quality gates and KPIs.

Mansioni

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for AI interface and internal tools.
Design, maintain, and optimize automated test suites for UI/UX and API components.
Validate security implementations such as XSS/CSRF protections and secure authentication flows.
Lead the adoption of QA best practices across the development lifecycle.
Define acceptable quality gates and metrics to balance quality with delivery velocity.
Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers to prevent regressions.
Conduct load and stress testing to ensure scalability of AI-driven solutions.
Partner with Engineering and DevOps to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
