Canopy Infrastructure is seeking a PV Technical Project Engineer to support utility-scale solar projects across Italy, Germany and other Europe markets. You will act as owner-side technical counterpart during construction from RtB to COD, coordinating with EPCs, contractors, and consultants.

The role requires a civil or mechanical background with 6+ years in the sector and fluency in English; Italian/German language skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum of 6 years of experience within the utility-scale solar PV sector.
• Experience from both technical/engineering advisory or consultant environments; and EPC, construction execution, or owner-side project delivery environments.
• Proven experience in technical support, engineering review, or constructability-related functions during the construction of utility-scale PV projects.
• Experience working on utility-scale solar PV projects of at least 20 MWp+, ideally 50 MWp+.
• Experience working with international EPC contractors and multicultural project teams.

Mansioni

• Provide technical project support to Project Managers and the Head of Project Delivery from RtB to COD.
• Act as owner-side technical counterpart to EPC contractors and technical advisors during construction.
• Support multiple projects and PM teams across different European markets.
• Participate in technical coordination during development handover, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
