Brightsmith in Rome is looking for an Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in solar PV plant design and grid connections. You will join a growing renewable energy team focused on development, detailed design and construction across projects in Italy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in renewables, strong PV design software skills (PVcase, PVsyst, PV*SOL), and experience with MV/HV interconnections. English communication is valued.

Competenze

• 3+ years of electrical engineering experience in renewable energy.
• Hands-on PV plant design experience.
• Proficiency with PV design software (PVcase, PVsyst, PV*SOL).

Mansioni

• Carry out preliminary and detailed design of PV plants, including layouts and electrical sizing.
• Design and evaluate MV/HV grid connection solutions.
• Assess grid connection configurations for self-consumption and feed-in projects.
• Prepare electrical schematics, drawings, specifications, and tender docs.
• Review technical documentation from external consultants.
