ITT Novitek cerca un Purchasing Intern per supportare il team acquisti in un ambiente internazionale e dinamico a Vauda Canavese (Torino). Il candidato parteciperà alle attività di controllo ordini, gestione fornitori e analisi listini, contribuendo al processo di negoziazione e conformità dei contratti.

L’offerta prevede un internship retribuito e opportunità di crescita professionale all’interno di un gruppo globale.

Qualifications

• Laurea in Economia, Management o titolo equivalente.
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolare Excel.
• Interesse per temi di Supply e Purchasing.
• Approccio proattivo e capacità di negoziazione.
• Approccio costruttivo e collaborativo alla risoluzione dei problemi.
• Desiderio di apprendere e disponibilità a ricevere feedback.
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese, parlato e scritto.

Responsibilities

• RdA controllo e rilascio.
• OdA controllo e rilascio.
• Emissione ordini approvati.
• Verifica ordini con fatture diverse (reporting contabile).
• Analisi listini/prezzi e confronto offerte.
• Comunicazione con fornitori e clienti interni.
• Processo di validazione per contratti commerciali.
• Anagrafica fornitori.
• Reporting attività.

We’re looking for a motivated Purchasing Intern to join our Friction Technologies Purchasing team in Vauda Canavese (Torino, Italy). You will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture, within successful, dynamic and international company.

Responsabilità essenziali

Your day in the life of Purchasing Intern at ITT Novitek

In this role, you will support the team with the following responsibilities:

• RdA control and release
• OdA control and release
• Issuing of approved orders
• Checking orders with different invoices (accounting reporting)
• Analysis of price lists / inforecords in the system and comparison of offers
• Communication with suppliers and internal customers
• Validation process for commercial agreements
• Supplier master data
• Activity reporting

The ideal candidate is willing to work in a challenging environment and is able to communicate at different levels. Key requirements are:

• Degree in Economics, Management or similar
• Good knowledge of MS Office Package applications in particular Excel
• Interest in Supply and Purchasing topics
• Proactive approach and negotiation skills
• Constructive and collaborative approach to problem solving
• Eager to learn and open to feedback
• Good english knowledge, both spoken then written
