ITT Novitek cerca un Purchasing Intern per supportare il team Acquisti nella sede di Vauda Canavese (Torino). All'interno di un contesto internazionale, collaborerai con fornitori e colleghi per garantire l'ordine, la verifica dei listini e l'analisi delle offerte.

Il ruolo richiede laurea in Economia/Management, ottima conoscenza Excel e una buona padronanza dell'inglese. Ti offriamo un ambiente inclusivo, opportunità di crescita e un internship retribuito con buoni pasto.

Competenze

• Laurea in Economia, Management o titolo equivalente.
• Buona conoscenza di MS Office, in particolare Excel.
• Interesse per temi di Supply e Purchasing.
• Approccio proattivo e competenze di negoziazione.
• Comunicazione chiara e capacidad di lavorare in team.
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese sia parlato che scritto.

We’re looking for a motivated Purchasing Intern to join our Friction Technologies Purchasing team in Vauda Canavese (Torino, Italy). You will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture, within successful, dynamic and international company.

Responsabilità essenziali

Your day in the life of Purchasing Intern at ITT Novitek

In this role, you will support the team with the following responsibilities:

• RdA control and release
• OdA control and release
• Issuing of approved orders
• Checking orders with different invoices (accounting reporting)
• Analysis of price lists / inforecords in the system and comparison of offers
• Communication with suppliers and internal customers
• Validation process for commercial agreements
• Supplier master data
• Activity reporting

The ideal candidate is willing to work in a challenging environment and is able to communicate at different levels. Key requirements are:

• Degree in Economics, Management or similar
• Good knowledge of MS Office Package applications in particular Excel
• Interest in Supply and Purchasing topics
• Proactive approach and negotiation skills
• Constructive and collaborative approach to problem solving
• Eager to learn and open to feedback
• Good english knowledge, both spoken then written
