STIGA cerca uno studente/neolaureato da inserire nel Purchasing Excellence Team per uno stage di sei mesi presso la sede di Castelfranco Veneto.

Le attività principali includono raccolta di dati, analisi della spesa, performance dei fornitori e preparazione di report mensili. Richieste competenze Excel e SAP; conoscenze di italiano e inglese sono obbligatorie.

• Conoscenza base di Excel e capacità analitiche.
• Buona capacità di lavoro in team e orientamento ai risultati.

Mansioni

• Raccolta e input di dati di acquisto, analisi della spesa e delle performance dei fornitori.
• Supporto ai team di Purchasing in Italia e a livello internazionale; preparazione di report periodici.
• Creazione di KPI e input su SAP; gestione di input dati e reportistica per VP Purchasing.

We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Purchasing Excellence Team for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collection and input of purchasing data, analyzing spending, supplier performance and market trends
• Supporting Purchasing teams in Italy, Slovakia and China to support Purchasing Europe/China Managers
• Prepare and submit reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, performance of suppliers and market trends to VP Purchasing and Purchasing Department, on a monthly/quarterly basis
• KPI creation and analysis
• Analysis and data input on SAP management system

KNOWLEDGE:

• Good at Computer use, Windows software, Office Package, especially Excel
• Previous Knowledge of SAP management system and educational or practical background in Artificial Intelligence, is preferable

LANGUAGES:

• Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory
• A further language knowledge is appreciated

Reimbursement : €700 per month + free access to the company canteen
