PSTIGA cerca uno studente/neolaureato per unirsi al Purchasing Excellence Team per uno stage di sei mesi presso la sede di Castelfranco Veneto. Il ruolo prevede l’inserimento dati d’acquisto, analisi di spesa e supporto al team in Italia, Slovacchia e Cina.

Si richiede conoscenza di Excel e italiano/inglese; SAP è preferibile. Retribuzione mensile di 700€ e accesso gratuito alla mensa aziendale, con apertura a nuove competenze in contesto dinamico.

Competenze

• Richiesta buona gestione di data input e analisi dati.
• Conoscenza di SAP preferibile o contestualmente acquisita in stage/corso universitario.
• Competenze avanzate in Excel e pacchetto Office.

Mansioni

• Raccolta e inserimento dati di acquisto, analisi spesa e performance fornitori.
• Supporto ai team di Purchasing Italia, Slovacchia e Cina per i Managers Europe/China.
• Preparazione e invio di report su attività di acquisto, risparmi, performance fornitori e trend di mercato.
• Creazione e analisi KPI.
• Analisi e input su SAP.

We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Purchasing Excellence Team for a strong six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collection and input of purchasing data, analyzing spending, supplier performance and market trends


• Supporting Purchasing teams in Italy, Slovakia and China to support Purchasing Europe/China Managers


• Prepare and submit reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, performance of suppliers and market trends to VP Purchasing and Purchasing Department, on a monthly/quarterly basis


• KPI creation and analysis


• Analysis and data input on SAP management system

KNOWLEDGE

• Good at Computer use, Windows software, Office Package, especially Excel


• Previous Knowledge of SAP management system and educational or practical background in Artificial Intelligence, is preferable

LANGUAGES

• Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory


• A further language knowledge is appreciated
