STIGA, a leading European lawncare equipment company, seeks a motivated student or recent graduate for a six-month internship in the Trade Marketing Team at our Castelfranco Veneto HQ. You will interface with EU sales and marketing colleagues to manage POS materials distribution, data analysis, and promotional activities activation.

A fast-paced, cross-functional environment awaits, with SAP admin duties and newsletter tasks.

Competenze

We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Trade Marketing Team for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!

The role interfaces with EU level sales and marketing colleagues to meet Company needs related to POS materials distribution and analysis and promotional activities activation and follow up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support reporting and monitoring of POS material stock, distribution, and obsolescence to optimize inventory management and production launches.
• Assist in data collection and analysis for POS and merchandising materials demand planning.
• Support POS material master data creation and maintenance.
• Provide support in preparing comprehensive reports on the profitability of POS/shop-in-shop materials, conducting in-depth analyses of the impact on overall sales performance, and delivering actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making processes.
• Support promotional activities: collaborate in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing sales and brand visibility. Contribute to the creation of promotional in-store materials and assist in reporting to track campaigns performances.
• Assist in the development and execution of the B2B newsletter plan, including content creation, scheduling, and distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with key messaging objectives and promotional strategies, while also tracking engagement metrics to optimize future newsletter campaigns.
• Assist with administrative duties such as uploading trade marketing Purchase Orders in SAP, managing documents, and maintaining databases related to trade marketing activities and budget.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Business level proficiency in English
• Proficiency in any other language is apreciated
• Analytical and fact-based approach for problem solving
• Able to work in a fast paced and cross-functional working environment
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Any previous experience in using SAP is appreciated
