Baker Hughes Italy in Lombardy offers an Internship for students pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, or recent graduates, to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and lean principles. You will work with cross-functional teams, receive mentoring, and learn HS&E practices.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelors’ or Masters’ in Engineering or recently graduated.
• Maintains GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must be eligible to work in Italy without sponsorship.

• Assist day-to-day manufacturing operations, monitor equipment, and help meet production goals.
• Participate in quality control and assurance to meet standards.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and cost reductions.
