Chubb is seeking a Senior Property Underwriter to join the Property team and manage Major Accounts and complex Multinational deals with independence and commercial acumen.

Focus on profitable growth through new opportunities, broker relationships, and multinational program development, while safeguarding profitability and aligning with risk appetite and guidelines.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience, ideally with international peers or in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop broker relationships.
• Strong technical underwriting skills in Property lines.
• Solid experience managing Multinational programs.
• Ability to handle complex accounts with autonomy and sound judgment.
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The Senior Property Underwriter will join the Property team and play a key role in underwriting Major Accounts and complex Multinational deals. This is a senior, fully independent underwriting role requiring strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop profitable business through broker relationships and multinational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Undewrite, as New Business and as Renewals, Major Accounts and complex Multinational deals
• Underwrite New Business opportunities with a focus on profitable growth.
• Apply strong technical underwriting judgment to assess risk, pricing, and terms.
• Support and develop Multinational programs with a high level of technical proficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to generate new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the expansion of the Property portfolio through market engagement and relationship development.
