Job summary

Wavenure in Milano is seeking a Content Marketing, PR and user engagement strategist to shape national and international initiatives in line with company objectives. You will manage the company's presence across channels, work with the marketing team, and cultivate relationships with journalists to feed press coverage.

The role requires creative, strategic editorial thinking and fluency in English. You will lead a small team and coordinate across departments to maximize brand visibility.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in content marketing or PR in fintech/finance.
• Strong English writing and editorial skills.
• Knowledge of SEO dynamics and digital engagement.

Job description

We are looking for a figure capable of creating and developing, both nationally and internationally, a Content Marketing, Public Relations and user engagement strategy, in line with company objectives.The candidate must have a strategic-creative approach on an editorial level, reporting the results directly to the company's CEO.The resource must be creative, innovative and passionate, in particular it must have skills in the Fintech or Finance world.He/she will have to manage the presence of the company on the different channels (existing or new) by working closely with the marketing team.He/she will also have to manage relations with journalists to feed the company's presence in the general and sector press.

Responsibility

• Development of the Content Marketing and Digital PR strategy for the growth of the brand
• Definition of objectives and priorities related to Content Marketing
• Competition analysis and related KPI definition and monitoring
• Strategic-creative approach on editorial level and its elaboration
• Writing, sharing and promotion of multimedia and non-multimedia contents (Native adv, ...)
• Analytical report of the activities carried out
• Development and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders

Training and Technical Skills required

• Previous work experience in the sector of at least 2-3 years
• Experience in the Fintech or Finance world
• In-depth knowledge of the business logic related to Content Marketing and the related engagement logic
• Knowledge of the macro dynamics of SEO and communication in general
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Advanced problem solving and planning skills for deliverable and timeline management
