Job summary

Chep is seeking a Regional Transformation Project Manager to support our Italy, Greece and Balkans programme, planning, governing and delivering cross-functional projects with Operations, Engineering and external partners across the region.

You will help balance multiple initiatives, drive change, ensure on-time delivery, governance compliance and a smooth transition to business-as-usual while upholding PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, supply chain, logistics, operations, industrial environments or consulting.
• Solid understanding of operational processes and logistics flows.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of transformation projects to hit milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners across the project lifecycle.
• Manage smaller projects independently and assist larger initiatives.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies and key actions.
• Contribute to change management and transition to business-as-usual.

In this role you’ll support a regional transformation programme that evolves our operational network across Italy, Greece and the Balkans. You work with Operations, Engineering and partners to plan, govern and deliver cross‑functional projects, driving change and automation where applicable. You’ll balance smaller initiatives with larger transformations, ensuring on‑time delivery, governance compliance, and a smooth transition to business‑as‑usual. This is an opportunity to shape how Brambles/CHEP networks operate while contributing to sustainability goals.
