Job summary

CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking a Project Specialist - Network Transformation to drive transformation across Italy, Greece and the Balkans. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting smaller projects, and advancing larger initiatives within a hybrid remote setup.

Travel about 30% is expected as projects span the region. You will work with Operations and Engineering, Planning, Transport, Procurement and Legal, contributing to governance, reporting, and change management while

Qualifications

Experience in project management, supply chain, logistics, operations or consulting.
Strong understanding of operational processes and logistics flows.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage smaller projects independently and support larger initiatives.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies and key actions.
Gather and analyse information to support business cases, reporting and decision-making.
Support project governance and provide updates to key stakeholders.
Contribute to change management activities and the transition of projects into business-as-usual operations.
Ensure projects follow PMO processes, methodologies and quality standards.
