Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management (min 5 years).
• Proven experience in engineering (min 5 years).
• University degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
• Italian and English fluency.
• Design with CAD 2D and 3D.
• Knowledge of Compliance & Legislation requirements.
• Knowledge about diesel engine, electric motors, sensor and machine controls is a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP.
• Structured, proactive and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate design submissions for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Perform safety reviews and guide DFMEA activities.
• Organize and lead design review meetings with local team.
• Ensure CE declarations and related documentation are up to date.
• Build and present reports on project quality and completeness.
• Assist engineering to improve product quality via meetings.
