Energy Dome S.p.A. is seeking an exceptional Project Planner to support planning and scheduling across utility-scale energy storage projects.

You will develop and maintain the integrated project schedule, coordinating Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction and Commissioning to deliver milestones. Reporting to the company C-suite, you will ensure accuracy, flag delays early and contribute to governance with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, PM or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years in project planning or scheduling in EPC, infrastructure, energy, industrial plants or capital projects.
• Experience developing and updating project schedules for multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, supply chain, construction and commissioning workflows.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred) and/or Microsoft Project.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English and Italian.

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Project Planner to support the planning and scheduling activities across our utility-scale energy storage projects. Reporting to the C- suit of the company, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule, helping to coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction and Commissioning activities into a single execution plan. Working alongside Project Managers and the planning team, you will help ensure that project milestones are tracked, schedule updates are accurate, and potential delays are flagged early. This is a cross-functional role, ideal for a planning professional looking to grow within a fast-scaling, international energy company. Location: Milan's HQ, with 4 days per week onsite

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling, ideally within EPC, infrastructure, energy, industrial plants or capital projects.
• Experience supporting the development and update of project schedules for multidisciplinary projects.
• Good understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction and Commissioning workflows.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred) and/or Microsoft Project.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

• Fluent English and Italian.
• Availability for occasional international travel.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a base salary of €45.000 - €55.000 based on seniority + performance-based bonuses + SOP plans + amazing company benefits (welfare, carbon-free bonuses, relocation assistance etc).
