ABB Distribution Solutions Division is seeking a project-led engineering professional to drive end-to-end execution of complex electrical and automation projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and interface with customers to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project execution, strong planning and risk management skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering project execution and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA) is an advantage.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project priorities, and serve as a key interface between customers, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Division of ABB and will be responsible for the following:Working with customers and internal stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that meet technical, commercial, and operational requirements.Planning, coordinating, and controlling project activities to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.Leading multidisciplinary teams and aligning engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and service activities.Monitoring project risks, opportunities, costs, and performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.Managing projects end-to-end, balancing technical excellence with successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Qualifications for the RoleBachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.You have preferably more than 5 years of experience in engineering project execution, electrical systems, automation, power distribution, or related industrial environments.Demonstrated project management experience and strong understanding of project planning, risk management, cost control, and stakeholder management.
