Pietro Fiorentini in Milano, Italy, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Oil & Gas valve projects for international customers.

You will own the execution from handover to final delivery, ensuring contractual commitments are met by customers, internal teams, and suppliers, while maintaining SQDCP performance. Travel internationally and drive monthly SQDCP reports.

Competenze

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
  • Native English speaker (US or UK preferred).
  • Proven experience managing engineered products or industrial projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong customer-facing, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with industrial valves, flow control equipment, or EPC projects is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

  • Identify and manage change orders, assessing impacts on Quality, Delivery, and Price, and ensuring timely customer decisions.
  • Lead regular customer reviews and provide clear monthly SQDCP project reports.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of complex Oil & Gas valve projects for international customers.


The successful candidate will be the primary owner of project execution, ensuring contractual commitments are fulfilled by customers, internal functions, and suppliers while maintaining full control of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Price (SQDCP) performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own the execution of customer contracts from handover to final delivery.

  • Ensure contractual obligations are respected by all stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and suppliers.

  • Drive strong SQDCP governance through effective processes, KPIs, accountability, and reporting.

What We Offer

Compensation: €35,000 – €45,000 gross per year, based on experience and qualifications.


The offer is open to candidates in compliance with Legislative Decrees 198/2006, 215/2003 and 216/2003.
