Boldrocchi is an international engineering and manufacturing group delivering custom‑engineered equipment and turnkey plants for the energy, environmental and process industries. We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead international EPC packages from handover through commissioning.

Competenze

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in industrial plants, process equipment or custom‑engineered projects, including at least 3 years in a Project Manager role.
  • Proven experience managing international projects across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, including budgets, margins, cash flow, cost‑to‑complete and forecasting.
  • Solid knowledge of industrial contracts, including milestones, warranties, liquidated damages, performance guarantees, variations and claims.
  • Ability to manage project schedules, critical‑path activities, risks and recovery plans.

Mansioni

  • Take full ownership of assigned projects from contract handover through final acceptance and close-out.
  • Define and manage the project execution strategy, including schedule, budget, resources, procurement priorities and contractual milestones.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, expediting, manufacturing, quality, logistics, construction and commissioning activities.

  • Safeguard Boldrocchi’s contractual position regarding milestones, warranties, liquidated damages, performance guarantees and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive supplier and subcontractor performance together with Procurement, Expediting and Project Quality, addressing delays and quality issues where necessary.
  • Ensure the timely submission and approval of technical documentation and contractual deliverables.
  • Coordinate site execution, commissioning, start‑up and performance testing with the relevant site and technical teams.
  • Ensure the timely closure of punch lists, outstanding claims, documentation and final payments.
  • Provide management with clear reporting on project status, financial performance, risks and required decisions.

Founded in 1909, Boldrocchi is an international engineering and manufacturing group specializing in custom-engineered equipment, systems and industrial plants for the energy, environmental and process industries.

The Energy & Environment Division delivers solutions for flue gas treatment and power-generation applications, including bag filters, DeNOx and DeSOx systems, as well as complete Gas Turbine Air Intake and Exhaust Systems, including filtration, diverter dampers, bypass stacks and associated auxiliaries.

Our projects combine multidisciplinary engineering, international procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning activities.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to lead international custom- engineered plant, EPC package and turnkey projects, typically ranging in value from €500,000 to

The Project Manager will take overall responsibility for project execution from contract handover through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, final acceptance and close-out.

The role includes direct responsibility for customer management, schedule, budget, margin, cash flow, contractual compliance, risks, variations and claims.

Working in a matrix organization, the Project Manager will coordinate internal functions, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams, actively driving decisions, resolving critical issues and implementing recovery plans where required.

This is a hands‑on role, not limited to project reporting or coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
