Würth Phoenix Group is seeking a Project Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead national and international ERP initiatives. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners, shaping the team as it grows into a Business Central Team leader.

The role requires deep knowledge of business processes, strong leadership, and ability to drive standardization across the Würth Group. Hybrid work model and international project exposure are offered.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as ERP Consultant, Project Manager, or Key User.
• Fluent Italian, German, and English language skills.

Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (m/f/d)

As part of a major ERP systems evolution and standardization program across the Würth Group, we are establishing a new team dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

For this reason, we are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) who would like to join this strategic initiative from its very early stages, actively contributing to the creation and development of the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing national and international ERP projects and, through their experience and leadership capabilities, will have the opportunity to gradually assume increasing responsibilities and ultimately grow into the role of Team Leader of the new Business Central Team.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of business processes and organizational dynamics, combined with experience in managing complex projects within international environments. They will be involved in business requirements analysis, solution design, and project coordination activities, working closely with internal stakeholders, management, and external partners.

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills, eager to contribute to the implementation of a modern, standardized ERP ecosystem and to support the growth of a newly established team within an international and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support and advise Würth Group companies in the implementation and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Analyze and optimize business processes across Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
• Gather, evaluate, and translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage national and international ERP projects.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and alignment meetings with business departments and management.
• Coordinate external implementation partners, ensuring quality standards and project objectives are achieved.
• Support ERP rollout, migration, and transformation initiatives across the Würth Group.
• Drive process standardization, best practices, and governance within the Business Central environment.
• Actively contribute to the definition and development of the new Business Central Team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as an ERP Consultant, Project Manager, or Key User.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Strong understanding of business processes and organizational structures.
• Experience managing or participating in ERP projects.Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business stakeholders and management.
• Fluent Italian, German, and English language skills.
