Amaris Consulting cerca un IT Project Manager con esperienza Finance per opportunità nel settore Finance a Milano, Torino, Roma o Bologna. Modello ibrido: 1 giorno al mese in ufficio a Milano; è disponibile anche la formula freelance con tariffa giornaliera tra 250 e 300 EUR, secondo esperienza.

Requisiti: laurea in Business/Finance/IT o equivalente, almeno 5 anni di esperienza in IT Project Management su progetti Finance, conoscenze in servizi finanziari e integrazioni di sistemi.

• Laurea in ambito Business, Finance, IT o equivalente
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in IT Project Management, con gestione di progetti Finance
• Esperienza in servizi finanziari, banking, assicurazioni o trasformazioni Finance
• Capacità di gestione di ambienti IT complessi e progetti cross-funzionali
• Fluente in italiano e inglese
• Ottime capacità di pianificazione e gestione stakeholder

Mansioni

• Guidare e coordinare progetti IT nel settore Finance, rispettando scope, tempi, budget e qualità
• Gestire progetti con processi Finance, sistemi e integrazioni, coordinando stakeholder business e tecnici
• Coordinate attività tra team, sistemi e partner esterni in ambienti internazionali e complessi
• Garantire allineamento tra requisiti di business e soluzioni tecnologiche
• Gestire rischi, dipendenze, problemi e change nel ciclo di vita del progetto
• Coordination testing, implementazione, cutover, go-live e post go-live
• Assicurare conformità a Finance e requisiti di regolamentazione e compliance
• Fornire report e aggiornamenti di stato ai stakeholder e alla direzione

Your missions?

• Lead and coordinate IT projects within Finance, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.
• Manage projects involving Finance processes, systems and integrations, coordinating business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, systems and external partners in complex and international environments.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions and project objectives.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure project activities comply with relevant Finance, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide clear project reporting and status updates to stakeholders and management.

Your profile?

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, with proven experience managing Finance-related projects.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, regulatory/compliance projects, ERP or Finance transformation would be a plus.
• Experience with system integrations, complex IT environments and cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.

Work model: Hybrid position: 1 day per month in Milan offices. The position is also open to freelance professionals, with a daily rate in the range of €250–€300/day, depending on experience and expertise.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

Permanent contract: Gross Annual Salary in the range of EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000, depending on seniority, experience and skills.

Freelance contract: Daily rate in the range of EUR 250–300/day, depending on experience and expertise.

Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
