Aecom is seeking a Technical Design Manager to lead multi-disciplinary design efforts for hyperscale data centres across Europe, steering phases from due diligence to construction documentation.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure permitting compliance, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule. A Master’s in Engineering and 7+ years in data centre design or project management are required. Excellent communication and travel willingness are essential.

Competenze

• Master Degree in Engineering (Building, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, IT).
• 7+ years of experience in data centre design and/or project management.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of permitting processes, building systems, regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required.
