D-Orbit is seeking a Project Manager to join the In-Orbit Services team in Lomazzo (CO). You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects to meet scope, time, budget, and quality targets while coordinating internal teams and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 2-3 years in PM, and strong skills in risk, budgeting, contract management, and AI tools, with proven ability to deliver on time and to high standards.

D-Orbit is looking for a Project Manager to join our In-Orbit Services team, based in Lomazzo (CO).

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to achieve agreed objectives within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.

You will work closely with internal teams and external subcontractors and contribute to ensuring alignment, compliance, and value delivery to clients and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management
• Track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Risk & issue management – strong skills in anticipating and mitigating risks.
• Financial & commercial acumen – budgeting, cost control, contract management.
• Stakeholder management – negotiation, influencing, and client relationship-building.
• Communication & reporting – clear, structured, and persuasive at all levels.
• Problem-solving & decision-making – handling complexity and ambiguity effectively.
• Technical awareness – understanding of engineering requirements
• Deep knowledge of AI tools.

We offer a base salary range of €38,000–€48,000 gross per year for this role, depending on experience and location, plus a performance-based variable component. Final offer may vary based on overall fit and internal equity.
