Baker Hughes Inc. in Italy seeks a Project Manager to deliver complex technology projects within an energy technology environment. You will manage project activities, resources, and customer satisfaction while maintaining financial performance and on-time delivery.

Required are a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business, work experience in project execution, and fluency in English and Italian. A self-starter able to drive changes and operate in a matrix organization is essential.

• Experience in project execution environment in complex technology market.
• Fluent in English and Italian; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a matrix organization and drive changes.

Responsabilités

• Addressing and resolving commercial issues, managing correspondence, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating/coordinating with staff as appropriate.
• Keeping track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project.
• Meeting and enhancing financial performances of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion.
• Securing project on-time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Managing project risk including any financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective project closeout.
• Leading a project team in a matrix environment and initiate corrective actions where appropriate to make sure project execution is flawless.
• Building up a long-term relationship with the Customer based on accountability and trust.
• Creating a positive and collaborative environment which enables team mates to perform at their best.

The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college;
• Have work experience in project execution environment in complex technology market
• Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Italian
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
• Show ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous scenario. Candidates must have ability to see risks behind the corner and develop adaptive strategies / remedies.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a matrix organization

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 45,087 To 83,000.

"The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay".
