Alstom, leader globale nei sistemi di mobilità, cerca un Project Engineering Manager per guidare lo sviluppo tecnico di progetti nel comparto ferroviario. La sede può essere a Roma, Bari, Bologna o Firenze, con responsabilità su scopo contrattuale, qualità, costi e tempi.

Il candidato ideale possiede laurea in ingegneria, esperienza nella gestione di progetti tecnici, capacità di leadership e gestione di relazioni con il cliente.

Competenze

• Ingegneria con visione completo ciclo di vita del progetto.
• Esperienza nella gestione di progetti tecnici.
• Esperienza pratica di gestione di team.
• Esperienza nel controllo costi e pianificazione nell’ambito ingegneristico.
• Esperienza nella gestione di relazioni con il cliente in contesti contrattuali.
• Forti capacità di leadership.
• Fluente in inglese scritto e parlato.

Mansioni

• Gestire l’ambito tecnico contrattuale del progetto.
• Gestire i rischi di progetto e il relativo piano di mitigazione.
• Validare le scelte di design tecnico con colleghi e Solution Director.
• Implementare i processi, metodi e strumenti di ingegneria sul progetto.
• Garantire la consegna secondo qualità, costi, tempistiche e prestazioni (QCDP).
• Supervisionare attività di verifica e validazione.

Your Role:

As a Project Engineering Manager you will manage the technical contractual scope of the project ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost, performance and scheduled commitment originally agreed and, if applicable, updated as a result of negotiated variation orders.

Your Challenges:

• Manage the technical contractual scope of the project
• Manage the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan
• Validate the technical design choices with the peers and Solution Director
• Deploy the applicable engineering process, methods & tools on the project
• Manage the project solutionto meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitments
• Be responsible of the project design and application engineering activities
• Supervise Verification & Validation activities

Qualifications:

• Engineering background including project deployment full lifecycle view
• Relevant experience in managingtechnical projects
• Hands-on experience on functional or hierarchical team management
• Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope
• Hands-on experience on Customer relationship in contractual situations
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluent written and spoken English

Salary Range 43.400 € - 57.800€
